I connect the relationship between your mind and your body. I work with energy, deep tissue and intuitive touch.
A simple massage may relieve physical pain but the majority of physical pain is psychosomatic. Through deep intuition I am able to connect to your energetic body that often reveals areas that are weighing you down energetically, emotionally and physically.
After your massage your energy will circulate better allowing for more flow and ease. Your muscles will feel more relaxed and your cells will thank you. Receiving a somatic massage supports your immune system and your general wellbeing.
If you are dealing with a challenge or situation, during the massage I can access your body’s wisdom and channel higher guidance to reveal messages or images that may support you if you are open to this information.
I offer mobile massage to individuals, couples, groups, retreats, prenatal and postpartum massage in the San Francisco Bay area and service in my healing studio in Bolinas, CA.

What we believe shapes our experience of the external world. We have all the resources within our own bodies to identify our truth, overcome, transform, expand and do the seemingly impossible.
It starts with listening to the wisdom held within our own bodies.
Somatics is a field within bodywork and movement studies which emphasizes internal physical perception and experience. The term is used in movement therapy to signify approaches based on the soma, or "the body as perceived from within,"
Imagine the body is like an encyclopedia to your life, your memories, traumas, and even hereditary imprints are stored in your cellular memory. When intentional awareness through movement or intuitive bodywork is applied, the body can reveal it’s story. We can use this new found awareness to alter the negative imprints and rewrite a new inner belief system by shifting the physiology around the memory or pattern.
Hi, I’m Carly.
I have worked with the wisdom in my body for over 20 years. From yoga, to dance, performance, somatic movement and expressive arts therapy and bodywork. I am deeply connected to the sacred and through meditation allow myself to access deep intuition that guides me in my own life path.
When I massage, I go into a meditation state and allow your body to reveal where my hands need to go and how I can support you whether it be energetically or through higher guidance.

I happened to magically find Carly and I am so grateful I did. She was such a beautiful extension to the overall retreat experience because it wasn’t just about bodywork and massaging the body, it was also about reading the body and providing valuable information for the participants. I offer mobile massage service in the East Bay, North Bay, South Bay and San Francisco (verify your location first).
NEW: I will also be located for 2 weeks monthly in Hawaii, Kailua-Kona, HI area on the big island. Contact me for dates.
COVID protocol. I sanitize my table and sheets and can wear a mask upon request during the massage. The massage can be offered in a ventilated indoor space or outdoors.
I supply massage table, clean sheets, heating blanket, massage oil and music.
